New York is preparing for one of the most anticipated celebrity events of the year as guests begin arriving ahead of the reported wedding of global music superstar Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce.

The couple, who announced their engagement earlier this year, are expected to marry this weekend, between July 4 and July 5, at the iconic Madison Square Garden, which has reportedly undergone an extensive transformation for the private ceremony.

Celebrity Guests Begin to Arrive

Several high-profile names have already been spotted arriving in New York, fueling speculation that the wedding celebrations are about to begin.

Among those seen at the city’s airports were British television presenter Graham Norton and his husband, Jono McLeod.

Swift fans may recall the singer joking during an appearance on The Graham Norton Show last October that she planned to invite “anyone I’ve ever talked to” to her wedding, admitting that narrowing down the guest list had become one of the most stressful parts of the planning process.

Norton and actor Domhnall Gleeson were also invited by Swift to appear in one of her future music videos, a promise she later fulfilled when both featured in the video for her song Opalite.

Also arriving in New York was Fleabag creator and actress Phoebe Waller-Bridge, adding to the growing list of celebrity guests expected to attend the ceremony.

Madison Square Garden Transformed

According to reports, Madison Square Garden has been extensively redesigned to host the exclusive celebration.

A source quoted by PEOPLE magazine described the venue as almost unrecognizable.

“I’ve never seen it look so different.”

While organizers have remained tight-lipped about the event, security around the venue is expected to be exceptionally high as preparations continue.
