Middle East — The United States has completed the transfer of all its major military bases in Syria, marking a significant shift in its military posture in the region, according to US Central Command.
The move is part of a phased and conditions-based transition under the coalition mission known as Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve.
Transition, Not Withdrawal
