WASHINGTON D.C. — In a stinging rebuke of the party she once helped lead into the MAGA era, former Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene has warned the Republican Party that its handling of the Jeffrey Epstein investigation could lead to a catastrophic collapse in support among women.
The comments, which follow Greene’s official resignation from Congress on January 5, highlight a deepening “civilizational” rift within the GOP. Greene, who became a key driver of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, has increasingly positioned herself as a champion for survivors of sexual abuse, often at the direct expense of her relationship with President Donald Trump.
All of you MAGA influencers and the rest mocking the seriousness of women who were trafficked and raped as teenagers and young women look like cult fools.
Good luck trying to get women to vote for Republicans in the midterms you insensitive clowns.
The Republican Party already…

The “Woman Voting Problem”
“The Republican Party already has a woman voting problem,” Greene stated in a blistering public address. “Keep mocking those of us who take rape and pedophilia seriously and demand accountability for corruption. Good luck getting women to vote for Republicans.”
Greene’s warning comes as the GOP faces internal turmoil over the rollout of the Epstein files. While the administration eventually signed the bill into law last November, the subsequent releases by the Department of Justice were marred by heavy redactions and delays. Greene and her allies, including Reps. Thomas Massie and Nancy Mace faced intense internal pressure and public branding as “traitors” by the President for their insistence on full transparency.
Accountability Over Loyalty
The former Georgia Representative’s shift in rhetoric marks a dramatic departure from her previous identity as Trump’s most loyal “warrior.” She recently characterized her former loyalty to the President as a “gift” that she has now revoked.
“I stood with these women and refused to take my name off the discharge petition,” Greene told supporters. “He called me a traitor for it. But these women are the real patriots. They fought a fight no one should have to fight, and I unapologetically stand with them.”
The 2026 Midterm Shadow
Political analysts are closely watching the fallout of Greene’s departure and her ongoing broadsides against GOP leadership. With national polling showing Democrats leading on the generic congressional ballot test, Greene’s prediction of a “wasted majority” and a “women’s vote exodus” is causing alarm among moderate Republicans and those in competitive districts.
The “Epstein Files” have already claimed high-profile casualties beyond the political sphere, including the recent resignation of talent mogul Casey Wasserman. However, it is the internal GOP schism—pitting the “Epstein class” against the “survivor class”, that may prove to be the most durable legacy of the 2026 security summit and the current legislative session.
